Your mission
As a project manager with us, you will have significant responsibility and drive projects from start to finish. You will lead and coordinate projects related to water damage and building preservation, where we work to create sustainable and long-term solutions. You will manage several parallel projects, work closely with clients and partners, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met. Our clients include insurance companies, construction firms, housing associations, and property companies.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead projects in various phases and be responsible for budget, timeline, and resource allocation in your projects
• You will communicate and provide feedback to various stakeholders in the projects such as client contacts, policyholders, craftsmen, and others involved in the projects you manage
• Follow-up, documentation, and administration in your projects
• You will work daily with customer relationships and dialogue

We are looking for someone who has:

• Industry experience from the construction sector. We prefer that you have experience working with damage management – as a carpenter, plumber, or alternatively as a foreman, site manager, and project manager within damage management.
• Experience in handling construction damages
• Documented experience in customer relations and sales
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with clients and stakeholders in the projects
• A desire and interest in making changes within the construction industry
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English

• Knowledge of water damage and the damage management process
